“O Titushka, Where Art Thou?” (A Poem On the Death of the Term #Titushka)

Russian Universe

Khabarovsk Airport Logo Edit My take on the Flying Bear (“Bearplane”) – the Khabarovsk Airport logo which became a viral sensation in Russia. Caption says – “Полёт над гнездом титушки” (polyot nad gnezdom titushki), an allusion to “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest”: ‘titushka’ rhymes with ‘kukushka’, i.e. ‘cuckoo’ in Russian.

Oh, glorious “titushka“!

You now ceased to be.

No Kievan babúshka

Will tweet you angrily.

OK "Know Thyself." Socrates. "To thine own self be true." Socrates. "The unexamined life is not worth living." Socrates. That about sums me up, but of course is an ongoing attempt which I do not expect to fully realize, even if maybe such as Socrates and Jung did in their last moments.
